Totally agree- they have no scope for customer service and grievance redressing.
Meenakshi, I won't be able to comment on the machine's movability compared to National's, nor it's water consumption. Don't really have much idea on that. However, it is not that heavy that you cannot move it and the wash quality is good. Thanks,
