Just read it, and you would understand, I did not even get the connection, leave alone low speed, high speed, commited, limilted blah blah, and the money (however little the amount may be) is confiscated. This Is truly one of the best movies I have seen ever. The review is great but it reveals a lot on the plot, in fact the surprises and suspenses are let out. But the effort was great and good work. This movie is also rated as 'one of the best movies that never got an Academy Award'.

Actually that is a fact... I have never been able to book a tatkal ticket on the opening day. The agents always get tickets. If you go to a station to book a tatkal ticket, you will see a queue of some 50 people who are there from 12 in the night, all touts and agents. I don't know what to say/do in read more...
