Update(3rd August 2011): Friends. Looks like my ordeal with Airtel DTH has still not ended. It's been 6 months since I requested disconnection of my Airtel Digital TV and they had come and collected the STB and Remote (left the Dish on my terrace). I had a similar experience although with a different model of Kenstar. It's a junk company who manufactures junk products.
