Despite bad experience like this by so many of us, it continues to thrive. I wonder what kind of reach MS portal has. Mass media never speaks or writes against cos like CM as it's a heavy advertiser. Wonder what's the solution?

This same sales guy's name sounds familiar. I think it is the same guy who mis-sold the cm membership to me. He purposely did not disclose important information. I'd absolutely agree with all the negative comments about 5paisa. I had opened a trading accout with it a few years ago and then had to stop it due to problems with its software. We too booked thru Shree Ram Tours & Travels, as it was preferred agent of thomas cook, but were sorely disappointed with the service. We had to visit Thomas Cook's fort office to get our processing done despite having an agent in Malad. The agent was giving wrong info to Thomas Cook about us. He ha read more...
