SBI is honest in their product offerings ? You have got to be kidding. They say their card is free for a lifetime but slap you with a 750 INR annual fee within the first month of you accepting the card.

Hi sreejith, I experienced the same thing in the Zen at the Leela. If you do not go for the 3-course meal, their service is really bad and that is where they make most of the money because they fleece you completely in the pre-decided menu. Hi qwan, What you said is definitely true of some of the 5-star hotels. In 'Blue Ginger' at the Taj West End, even though we refused the pre-decided course, the service was excellent.
