Most of the time the chimney is installed after a week of even after a month( according to my experience). As Faber gives very less margins to its dealers, most of the dealers send their own persons for installation. Actually it is suppose to be done by service center. Most of the time the dealers provide there own person for installation. Its better you get it done through Faber authorized service center and register your complains in Bangalore call to Faber service center - 080 - 65716735 / 36, 25546272 / 2210 and always keep your complain no. with you.

Most of the customers don’t know about this and they pay twice the amount.

if u think that humming is coming form body or the filter not from the blower the its a defect and you should inform service center. If you want to reduce the power consumption you can replace it with 20w bulbs or CFL.

Do you know Hindware LTW= 5 year warranty and products are imported from China. Even the steel grade used there is not good. You can compare the finish with Faber or Kaff .As other brands like Gilma, Hotstar, Ultra Fresh, Bajaj, Glen etc. Its your luck not the product.

Aluminum pipe comes in a length of 10 feet(when stretched). That will cost u INR 1000 maximum. If your installation is done by Faber service executive please call service center and complain. If that doesn’t work out call Faber head office18002334595. Faber Service center- 25542210/6272

But then also many people still goes to Gilma as they are selling it cheaper and lifetime warranty. But what you are going to do with lifetime warranty if there is no proper service center at all. Still many persons use to come to me and ask that why the Faber is costlier than Gilma.

be careful as too many brands are there in market and they tells u that its an Italian brand but the truth is most of them r bluffing the customers.
