It you look and compare interms of channels etc... SUN DTH turns out to be the most expensive. TS is on the higher side but as they say, there are no free lunches in the corporate world. Other DTH like BIG TV may be cheaper but they have too many problems. IN Ts you pay more, but get its worth. I wo read more...

I think the issue is with your internet. Tata sky site is built in flash. I think it is a great looking and informative site. Everything that you want to know is there on the site. I too got it from a dealer and the service was very prompt. I think you should call the customer services. They shall solve your query very promptly. I am very happy with tatasky and have faced no complaints as yet.

It may have happened due to load on your site or maybe some problem with your internet. I always use the website and have never found it down. Second, when you buy a package, you buy it for a month. So you have already paid for a month so its not in your interest to downgrade. I don't think any DTH read more...

I have used Tata Sky for long time now but never had this issue. This may be a one off thingy. But Tata Sky is definitely better than other brands. Just go and read the reviews for Big TV, Dish TV etc... I suggest you call their call center. They shall help you out with this.

Dish TV is too inclined towards Zee channels. The tata sky quality is absolutely great. I am sure as the time passes , you will enjoy tata sky dth even more.

I think the best part of Tata Sky is quality. I have upgraded to Tata Sky Plus recently. Upgrade was very smooth.

Reading your post, it appears that someone did not give your clear information. You have not used Tata sky even for a day and you are already complaining. I think you should use Tata sky first and then submit your opinion. First impressions can be deceptive.

When you compare the three, Tata sky emerges to be the best one. Despite the price, you get some quality for it.
