Powercut was the real half hour I really enjoyed. While in school, it meant half an hour of not studying. In college, it meant half an hour of listening to music without TV blaring from the living room (TG, they didn't have battery operated TV back then). First to comment. That's great. Interesting topic - about stress. My solution is meditation - it really works. You glide through your day.
