    Only 88kW from 3 litres?
    Tata Safari DiCOR
    Nov 14, 2005

The origin of the Safari's engine can be traced to the old 3L DI powerplant found on the 407 light truck. Its an old engine, which uses an old tech overhead valve design. The reasons for using this engine were more economical I think.Even though, its being said that the engine is severly detuned as Read More...

Well, not exactly, but Ford is launching a new car, called perhaps the Falcon, by the end of the month. It is based on the Fiesta, just like the Fusion. Infact, its the Fiesta with a boot. Tata Indigo - Petrol

..minor glitches. Which can be fixed, IMO with the help of a competent service centre. Tata gearshifts have always been sloppy. But I have seen plenty of high abuse Indigos, and its surprising how they last with regular maintainance. Regards, Ojas
