instead of cribbing and crying, change the service provider. BSNL is much better than ACT, in my opinion, at least they don't create high expectations

This is 100% true. In some areas, this problem is extreme, as if problems created by ACT themselves is not sufficient

It is now my duty to expose ACT and their fraud campaign, Not sure how many customers they cheat every day. I agree, their staff do get arrogant
