The reply provided by the customer care representative is very boorish. The flopper ought to replace your sandals without causing any hassles to you as they botched up in the size. The clumsiness displayed by them is a demonstration of the illiteracy on the part of Flop cart owners.

The company should honour its undertaking, despite the fact that it has committed the error. If they have backed off at the last minute, then their credibility is at stake. You were lucky as most of the other customers preferred credit card payment. Anyways, the company is using discount as a bait to attract customers to their websites. I am hoping this ploy will be cause of their demise.

I would prefer fraud-cart, though foppish cart is preferable too. Delay in informing about cancellation of a confirmed order indicates their system is outdated, and they are playing with the consumer sentiments.
