Even i had the same problem with them..They are useless. Even after fighting with them through mail, phone still the SMS keeps coming. They even have the guts to call me and say problem is solved even though story is still the same. No. 1 Frauds!

Yes drpravi, I faced the same problem when i had Airtel connection and it is a frequently recurring problem. Now i am leading a more peaceful life as i dont have any Airtel connections(DTH,Broadband or Mobile)!

Airtel is in the market just to make money.They wont care for customer service. I had very bitter experiences with Airtel mobile,Broadand and DTH service. Now i have distanced myself from Airtel and My life is more peaceful!

Hii..I also faced the same set of problems after using Airtel corporate connection for 5yrs. They will take one month extra charges while disconnection and outright arrogant.. Now i have changed to Vodafone. Avoid all Airtel services including broadband,mobile and DTH.They are a big Headache!!

Airtel is good in creating first impressions. Dont be fooled by first impressions.. Problem starts when ur free period gets over.. Hope you wont face any problem as me..All the best!

Hii all, Yes,i think all the operators come with their own set of problems.. But my experience with Airtel is just horrible and unbearable.Again yesterday Customer service guys informed me that i will be given a new Set Top Box and it will be installed at 11a.m. today without any charges.
