well, based on what I have seen in my multiple interaction with Dish, I disagree. So either you are very lucky or works for Dish. These words dont rhyme Dish and Sweet.... for sure... My logo is 'Wish Karo, Khoob Wish Karo.... par Dish Kabhi Mat karo'

I also had real bad experiences with Dish, so I moved on and took the Hathway. So, Wish Karo but Dish Kabhi Nahin.

I am going through the same issue. I have refunded their crapy product three months back and since then following up. I think we all should try to go to Consumer Court....

You are absolutely right. Their products are below standards, Customare care is Pathetic, Return process is cumbersome. Unless you are lucky enough to get the right product you ordered, you have no chance of expecting any service, return, exchange or refund.
