I am another guy who have lost a lot of money (100 thousand atleast) on charge backs. The payment gateways are supposed to fight for chargebacks like paypal. Hello.. You can ask for a refund at your bank/ credit card issuer. You will certainly get it back. We have used ccavenue and they don't bother to give the refund as they will collect the commission money from the seller. You can ask for a refund within 6 months..
