I must say that such matter should be publicised. Talk to the manager if necessary. Not only BB, FoodWorld also uses such cheap tactics and not only that, they have the cheek to argue about it.

totally agree! had a horrible experience with them regarding their delivery service where they took 4 hours to deliver the pizzas from the Brigade road branch to Manipal Centre, which is less than 1km distance.
