I think you should inform Dolphin about this, maybe they will take some action against BPL. It is so sad to see how some companies can lie to sell their products. Your review was an eye-opener.

I will advice you to shift to PNB or some other bank i.e. take a loan from the other bank to repay the loan of Standard Chartered Bank at once. If you are a regular customer at this restaurant, you should have complained to the management about the bad food and service and tell them to explain about the sudden change in quality of food and attitude of staff. Anyways I wish you a speedy recovery.
