there are terms n conditions attached for 5% cash back, seems u must b aware of it. they are charging 1000+service tax per annum, in this case u need to recover average min Rs 100 to get benefitted from the offer or to compebsate for annual charges.

Just to add to my comment - when i went to SC Bank for CC statement they told to contact call center as they dont have any details related to CC card, and no info will be provided. On asking where CC are being processed, perhaps they can help, but she told to contact Call center. When I told while c Read More...

ha ha.. there is no option to talk to any call center executive, most of the time, they will ask to call u after 2 hrs. If u tell this at SC Bank, the reception will also tell u to keep trying..
