I had a terrible time with Hitachi service and product as well not one but two. One with me another bought by my parents. Service is the most important thing till warranty of compressor expires.

Shout loudly at the retailer. there is no system of retailer sending money etc. It is fully paid up when they buy & comes with voucher for full amt. Shout at the retailer and ISP on daily basis.
