ks18 is quite right though those machines cost 30-40% more, they are worth. Never a Hitachi, I swear

Shout loudly at the retailer. there is no system of retailer sending money etc. It is fully paid up when they buy & comes with voucher for full amt. Shout at the retailer and ISP on daily basis.
