The indoor unit main board coated me 2500 INR as on September 2015
After 5 years of working my indoor unit quit working. I hired a local tech and found the main circuit board has damaged and needs replacement. I could find a spare so far and shocked such a brand doesn't have spares. Their customer care is too horrible they can even take the address correctly. Am re read more...

Very Slow to reach company. Though the picture quality is of DVD. Am a south Indian, but very less number of regional language. Also the cost is very high. Am planning to swith to Sun Direct which has already 4 hd channels

A piece of advise for all Split AC Buyers. Once the AC is fitted. Have the Unit Run for around half hour along with the technicians. Hi Vijay. I have share my experience in my previous comment. Unit, Installation, Stabilizer costed me 30,500. If you get a better offer than this. Go grab it. All the best.
Finally got the Hitachi Logicool model LRAC18KPD install Yestery. Not even a slight damage, or scratch. Amazing cooling. The throw is really exceptional and low speed you can feel the cool sitting at the other corner. Look is very simple, cools the room quick. Very good energy saving features, this read more...
