I find this very interseting that things are not moving even after VP intervention. That shows how badly organized the bank is. In my kotak home branch all service managers get resigns within 6 months.

I am not saying their service is correct, they are one of the worst in service. I am just saying that two existing card with different names can't be merged and that seems fine. But, they can transfer points to existing card after askng you and I agree to that.

You should do your homework before taking insurance and don't treat it as investment. It should be called fraud if they promise and don't deliver.

For some policies No claim bonus can be taken from one provider to another. You may want to consider that and if possible can change your Insurer.

Its always advisable to read the terms and condition. For one Credit Card it said 'No Joining Fee or Renewal fee if you are continously using it, but if card is not used for continous 6 months then fee will be lieved'. I am not advocating Kotak, but calliing them bad just because of Credit limit and other reasons mentioned in review are not sufficient. Credit limit has many factors.

All banks are there to make money for themselves. I suggest get every offer in written, don't blindly trust on their oral offers. Fillup the complete forms yourself & keep copy of the forms with you. These will come handy in case of disputes.

Good that at end you got all you docs back. But beware ICICI are bigger cheaters, they process the application faster but once you are their customer your bad time starts.
