All the forums everywhere are cluttered with complaints on Nokia's customer service. Its no surprise that we both faced so much of torture!!! BTW i consider myself lucky to finally get a spanking new handset. But it was only after all the hard work of about 2-3 months n a phonebill exceeding 500!!!

i would like to correct u : graptor effortlessly delivers fuel efficiency of 53-58 kmpl but that is achieved only after 2nd or 3rd servicing in the beginning all bikes of this segment give 40kmpl
