Seems you know that Bigflix is full of hiccups, yet you choose to recommend it!!! Just because you got your refund in time? I completely agree with your review, except for point 6. I feel probably there's none who compensate for public holidays. OMG!!! After I posted my last comment, I made another 3 queries. Of them, the first reply I got was again automated one. For the second query, I got no reply.
