I agree with you as far the installation part goes since the sale guys promise something and the customer service guys say something else. But as far as usage and speed goes IQARA has been good. For about an hour of usage of Yahoo messenger 3 - 4 MB's are consumed (with webcam). I think you might be read more...

Sandy welcome to the HARASSED BY RELIANCE club. I face the same problem as you do and many others simply because some of their staff committed fraud by selling the 501 rupee phones to alll and sundry. Hope Mukesh and Anil read our reviews and something better happens
