Please go through your insurance paper where you will find that plastic parts are covered under insurance for only 50% of their costs. This is standard for all cars so stop blaming Toyota for your own ignorance.

Excellent choice of songs!! I couldn't agree with you more on your choice of 'Chain Se Humko Kabhi' as being her best song ever. Its the ultimate combination of music and singing at their very best.

@gnathbharathie - I am afraid you cannot claim insurance for replacing your cars suspension. Insurances are taken out for accidents and not for normal wear and tear.

I sometimes fill up my Santro with Speed (BP) and other times with Power (HP) - whichever convenient. Myself being a proud owner of a Santro I can understand and appreciate your frustration!! My experience with Hyundai sales and after-sales service (with Mukesh Hyundai, Calcutta)has been excellent - but there obviously are dealers who are black sheeps to the Company!
