Be careful with wallet usage. it’s one time use and if you cancel your order for whatever reasons money is gone.I already lost 4K wallet money and lost 34K for receiving a damaged product. They said the damage was done by me ! Pathetic pepperfry

I agree mouth shut can't do anything at least with this platform the feedback can be given completely without worrying on the no. Of characters like eBay feedback!!! I still wonder how both of them are arguing that the color in the image is red.... True color blindedness

Update: I had written to Snapdeal senior management and finally they responded and i have now received the refund. But i prefer not to use snapdeal again
I had written to clay customer service and the case id for the same is CT2014051200 58397. Although Dipti, Kamran and Renuka were silent since long time. the case was taken up Piyush Parashar and was resolved in 2 days. I have now got the money credited back to my account.

I had escalated to Geeta Eral and Dhiraj Kalra this issue. I got a call from MMT stating that the ticket was cancelled due to class change by Air India so the confirmed seat was marked as 'Unconfirmed' !!! Hence passenger was not allowed to fly.
