ask them for CDR(call detail record) from the principal network you registred too while in USA. no doubt theire is something fishi else how come we see so many complaints only related to billing and charges thereafer? Kuch fraud kuch scam kuch cheating kuchghotala hai bhai.

Srinivasan, in plane simple english ask them to give you billing CDR of the network operator you used in the country visited or say the principal network instead of the one they generate? The proof is in the pudding else rest all other explanation they give are rubbish
