sir, am sailing in same boat as u.. only starworld, axn & Z cafe r not coming clear, rest all channels are perfect. They r asking me to say yes to a paid technician visit.

Sir, something very similar happened with me also. After escalating to ombudsman, we finally got the case decided in our favour, and I got all my money back. Please don't pay them any more premiums.

Pls escalate to ombudsman, I was also cheated by them, but thanks to ombudsman, I have got all my money back. They r chetaers.
