Pl don't mislead people. this is a cheapo airlines and in all respects. reviews like this misled many. I think delivery on time needs no kudos. its part of the deal when they always take payment way before even confirming that they received their order.

Not customer care fault. its the business owners who are messing up as volumes grow. they have commitment only for their gains not customer care. It takes great courage effort and drive to deliver customer services. Flipkart is messing up. they better get their act together
