KENT does not have a policy to appoint Authourised Distributors.The company gives away the machines to whoever makes the payment for minimum ten machines.KENT do not have any authorised service centres so it is the responsibility of the trader in the city to provide the service after sales.The manag read more...

Saucap just off the machine. Call the service people. There is a leakage inside. The UV set has to be changed. I too had the same problem.

I agree. This is one more false review because ask the dealers who had supplied this machine to industrial units about the problems they are facing due to non availability of spare parts at Chennai.

A good story to promote the sales of Kent waterpurifier.The dealers Accept the truth of not getting the spares from the company. Then how could a customer get his machine repaired.

What a good joke. 3 years warranty for membrane and 2 years for other subsystems, They have given false promises.You will know about their services when your machine gets repaired and the parts has to be replaced.I tell you that one day you will also be writing here a review about Kent's bad service read more...

This is a routine in KENT.They never bother about the customers as soon as money reaches their hand. This is an order given by their MD Mr. Gupta.

The bad smell is because of the UV Housinf and UV lamp. The lamp generates excess heat which melts the rubber bush of the UV. So ask the dealer to change the UV Housing. My dealer did the same thing and there is no odour.

Good review. But please be noted that UV only deactivates virus for 48 hours and not kills.

Six months and Three repairs. It seems your water contains iron too much and also the pressure of the water is low. You need not pay for the parts as the machine comes with one year warranty for both labour and parts.Regarding spare parts price you should have enquired at the time of purchase, I adv read more...

Dear ksandy, KENT GRAND AND KENT GRAND PLUS come with the same membrane and filters. The differences between the two is that an extra sensor has been added in PLUS. This sensor alerts you after 700 running hours to change the filters. Second if the UV lamp fuses off the machine will stop. I had read more...

Dear Deepak, It seems that your machine does not get water continuously from the tank. Give a separate water line connection to the machine and see.You will not face any problem. You are facing these problems because of low pressure of the inlet water.
