Mr Prasad u should hv straight away asked fr a replacement instead of waiting fr repairing a new DVD player.U r entitled fr it.When u purchase any item of high value u must tell them that in case of any defect u hv to get it replaced with a new peice.That way u wl atleast b able to enjoy a new item read more...

I tend to agree with Payal...though I am not too far off from Sudeep. But it looks like all Nova 135 tend to develop mechanical problems after just 2 yrs at one place or other, depending on the usage, some defects born with the scooter at the time of manufacturing...etc. But may b we all must read more...

Yr problem is servicing of yr scooter... Result: U r not satisfied or the problem is not solved inspite of getting it serviced by dealer mechanics...
