This person has put is some good review and warned about the Payment Gateway services of CCAvenuw.com. After CCAvenue reading the negative feedback, they solved his issue, so this guy removed the review. Worthless. He should have had added extra comments like Issue is resolved now. :-(

'I called Meru in Mumbai at 5AM from my number several times, and each time I was disconnected just before my turn arrived, after waiting for 20 minutes or more' It has happened with me too. Feel pretty pissed off by this.

@Bizpartners - A refund that is forced by a Credit Cardholder's and Credit Card company is known as charge back. About 10% is the cost that CCA will levi on the merchant in case of chargeback. Hope you get it. As per my knowledge it is very very high.
