I do not agree with the above review at all. This product is unreliable, useless and way too expensive to maintain. It is simply a waste on money. Add to that, their customer service is horrible. Please avoid Kent at all costs.

An update to this review: So finally I did receive a new PIN about 10 days ago which would have made my life happier. But guess what, the new PIN did not activate my card. Now I can only check the balance in my account but can not make withdrawals. HOW ON EARTH CAN THAT HAPPEN??? I am so confuse read more...

Tough luck eh.. I would suggest you write a strongly worded mail to custome care,India heads, international heads and all. Get all the emails from their websites and keep sending them mails.
@aayesdee You are right about the hotels following a standard recipe..Also its quite possible that my dish was by some trainee. @ankita I think I was rather unlucky that day, maybe the other dishes in their menu are far better.
