Hey,I bought a couple of books in the past few months and they've been in excellent condition. I suggest you buy 'Amazon-Fulfilled' marked books initially since Amazon is just getting started. Also use COD to avoid problems like that. Thanks for sharing though!

I can say why they deducted 2 %...thats because your card provider charges that as service charges.Be glad that they gave you refund without any questions.Service Providers like Vodafone in TELECOMMUNICATIONS don't even respond to our queries....good luck!

25 % discount on other means BAD QUALITY and late slow maybe even WRONG shipping. I am sure you won't mind paying about even a 100 RS more for better service.
