I agree - there were too many twist and turns and one twist falsify the the previous ones, thats bad. You cannot take the story to different level just by showing something else in one shot and changing it complete in another. Not worth watching

Prerna, I tried using Vodaphone as well, but thats even worse. The network is bad and on top of that their executives arent informed of many offers, sometime leading to wrong recharge values etc. So I Have switched back to Airtel. Their coverage is too good. I completely agree with what you wrote. The problem is these people are in the service industry and do not know the value of customer service. I guess we do not have proper cyber laws, else the sites like these are shut in 2 days..we arent against HOMEShop18, but the problem is why cant you take off the site until you are 100% of providing quality service?

I stand by you Pradeep. Online experience was very horrifying. I guess the customer service executive are 12th pass with no formal training, they are giving fixed formatted text to speak with no sense of service or how to deal with situations outside the given fixed formats. if site is still in beta stage, they should write BETA. You cannot open a shop, which still has constructions going on, especially checkout areas (payment)

This is what they did. I made payment of 500 (as bid deposit) via net banking on 11jan and then 6749 via net banking again on 13th jan after i won the bid.
