I have been a customer for the past 4 years. Suddenly my connection started dropping every 30 minutes. Airtel simply said its modem issue and requires replacement. They informed to me to spend out of my pocket. I shifted to Reliance and they are awesome

If you are not from a royal background who will not like going to court, Wait till they ask you to come to court. Tell everything to magistrate. Plus tell him that they threatened you to make payment. Then relax and see their fate.

File a complaint in police for the gay(guy) who rudely spoken to you. Inform to police that he was threatening you. So that they will treat him in a dark room. Plus file a complaint in consumer court and do not pay a single penni for rent or other services.
