Gosh Thanks. Your words are really encouraging. I have tried to keep the topic off from dissecting the nitty gritties and have instead focussed on the theme as the nitty gritties have already been analyzed to the hilt and I wouldn't have added anything new. But yes thanks for your comments.

I do agree with your point that the theme is very oblique. Regarding the other point - well it is quite possible that the character of Maya may be none other than you know who. Obviously it is hard for closeted romances to come out so daringly in the open.
