I believe you got hurt because of the expectation level set, back of your mind you were praising the airlines that although every one failed but still KF is flying, and then this happened... all of a sudden... but this I feel very isolated one and given the scenarios associated could be forgiven..

WORST Card ever .. they will keep you sending cards and statement... even for the period when you are not at your home/ city country, and card is cancelled !!!
