I have used Meru in 4 cities - all of them have provided the same level of service and it has been very reliable. Their credit card payment option is very good and the drivers are very knowledgeable about it. Agree with your opinion.

I dont know why you say Innova is not meant for India. Going by the number of Innovas on the streets of Bangalore, I wouldnt say it. I am very satisfied owner of Innova and enjoy long drives. It is very easy to maneuver in cities.

it was meant for the casual seller initially. but it is a changing market out there and need new ways to do business.
I am happy with the purchase and the seller also replaced one part free of cost.
The sad news.. Premier Bookshop - one of my favs, is going to shut down. I did go there and splurge on comics for one last time. A part of me just went away..
