I had a wagon R that used to give easily 20-22km/litre on the high way (with out a/c) I have driven Chennai-Hyderabad or vice versa alone 730km ( via chitoor,kadapa,kurnool) many many times with 35 litres petrol door to door.

Iam sorry to hear your story man.Rs 17-20000 is not small money. with in delhi you should get delivery in 2-3 days max. I think they are not paying their suppliers/have paid for last month;s purchases. so 3rd party supplier/vendor's not willing to supply/deliver letsbuy's customer orders.
